through hard work and detrmination, I finally got a 15 second solve. Hope you enjoy! (I use a dayan zhanchi cube) notice how I applied a CLL instead of F2L since it is much faster and the OLL and PLL that I used(RUR'URU2R') and RU'RURURU'R'U'R2).
